    Joint supplement

I was using OT and it was working well, switched to animal flex and now my shoulders crack and are generally in more pain.

Clucosamine and choindroitin(however that's spelled). I go sometimes with horrible pain in my elbows and shoulders, but if I supplement those two items, I'm pain free. You need to load it up for like a week though first before your joints start feeling better.

Do they come together or do you need to buy them separately? What's the dosage? I need about 3 of grams glucosamine ed.

Here is what I use and find it to be the best protocol based on my experience.

    Primaforce Cissus 1000mg 120c
    4 per day

Controlled Labs Orange Triad, 270 Tablets
Standard dose of 6 per day

These two together have my joints feeling great and I really believe the primaforce cissus is superior to USP Labs version. I have used IML Flex Rx as well, it is top notch and something I do use if I run out of Orange Triad as it has the same ingredients from the joint complex. Here is a link to that.

Yes there are proven studies that cissus is good for you joints, but.... It's also proven that it has a local anaesthetic effect so maybe you're encouraging injuries with this supp
