There is a good possibility that the bloke you are referring to has no idea what he is really putting in his body. He is probably taking an ECA stack

Why the "pill" talk anyway...learn propper diet and that's all you'll need to know. Supplements like ECA should only be used once you're more experienced...if you need to ask "what is ECA" then you definately haven't reached that point.
Not trying to be rude...just giving my honest opinion.

Fitfreak: your right im just asking about this stuff only cause i herd about it. Only supplements i take are protein/glucose shake post workout, sometimes ill just have a protein/carbs meal after a workout.
P - Funk: nah im not anywhere near lean yet, i still got fat around me, so ive been strict on diet, yet im still training 4 times a week, sometimes i think im getin fater, but its just my muscles growin.
