The Testosterone/energy factor and post PCT advice wanted

Hi, all. I just finished a long course of 600mg Deca per week with 750mg Sust 2x/week. I loved the energy. Been off for about a week and a half. I don't miss having t buy al the ancillary medications to keep the manhood working. However, I feel sluggish big time.

Another 1.5 weeks I can start my PCT. That takes a few weeks to get natural Test flowing. Provronum, I would think, wil not help because there is no T to wrk on. Parlodel seems like a good option because posts are saying that it reactivates the natural body cycle.

How can I get that manly feeling, energy, and drive from now to end of PCT? Since I naturally have a slower sperm count, what can I do after the PCT? I'e heard of guys that injet 500mg of Testosterone a couple times a month, bu would't that throw off the natural rhythem of the body again?

    Stats:
    41 years
    5'9"
    83kg

    Thanks!
