    Whey CONFUSION

Right so I went out and finaly bough some whey a few days a go from the loca gym, the gym owner said to me he has a pre-made set wich he sells cheap its whey concentrate with stuff like dextrose allready added to it...being a decent price I bought it.
The details are 20g proteina dn 6g carbs per scoop
does this mean it only contains 6g dextrose or less per scoop because I got told I need my PWO shake at 2:1 carb : pro ratios does this mean I need to add more simple carbs to my post workout?
How much protein and carbs should I be having post workout?
Do the carbs PWO go towards my daily macros?

Pre made set my ass. Those are fillers. Good protein will have 24-25g of protein per serving. You need to buy a better whey protein and add your own dextrose. About 60g-70g dex post workout with your whey. How much did he charge you for that protein? How many pounds was it?

Just go buy a bag of dextrose and add it to your protein. Dextrose is only $5 for a good months worth.

I paid £25 for a bag which gives me 70 servings, it contains milk powder soy protein and dextrose and cocoa and whey concentrate, so since I have bought it anyways I plan on using it till its all finished then move onto the better stuff, how much dex do you think this has in it? should I add more simple carbs PWO? I usualy have 1 in the morning to make sure im out of catabolic and 2 scoops PWO should I change it to 1 pre workout 1 post workout?

So I have decided to add some more simple carbs PWO, but...I went to have a look what would be a nice quick choice for pwo carbs (simple) first I looked at honey but it has fructrose in which im not sure about then I looked at nesquick chocolate powder, 35 grams of the stuff has 27.9g simple carbs, my question is, is 35g of nesquick powder about 1 tbs? and will haing 1 scoop of whey with 1 tbs of nesquick in water be enough for me PWO in the Pro/Carb ratio?
