    lipo 6????? anyone tried?

    im currently low carb 30-50g mon-fri carb up sat sun, im looking to lower my bf %....i did start clen a whike back but had to stop it as i was having an op....was only taking it for a week. Im trying to decide between taking clen or trying lipo 6...any suggestions?

    I didn't have good results. I was cutting and loosing around 1/2 to 1lb. per week. I quit taking the pills and had the same results. Personally I haven't had good results since ephedrine was taken off the market though.

    Lipo-6x was a good product for me. I mega dosed it though to 6 pills a day. However, I had much better results with VPX clenbutrx and redline.

    so whats the best fat burner you can get without any thermo or other horrible side effects?

    Define horrible side effects. Are you looking for a non-stimulant fat burner?

    the best you could hope for from today's fat burners is that they can help get you through a tough workout and dull your appetite - which isn't half bad - vpx clenbutrex (sp) and usplabs OEP will definitely cover that - the lower/no stim stuff does have a placebo effect - but you gotta really believe
