    Creatine and Alcohol

    I heard that you shouldn't drink or keep it to a minimum while your taking creatine because it will mess up your liver. Is this true?

    Yeah Creatine can dehydrate your body if your not careful and alcohol dehydrates your body even worse, so if you combine the two you will definitly be messing with your body and you will most likely end up really dehydrated and you will hinder your gains.

    the part that is true is that excessive alcohol consumption can cause Cirrhosis.
