    My first cycle

    I am 6'3, 215. age 20. Been working out for about 4 months. n about another 4 before that on and off. Im pretty slim cuz im tall but feel i have some fat on my stomach and chest. three days ago I started taking a stack of Deca 300 and Test C 400. My friends brother whos an experienced user is saying to mix them and inject about 1mg each. but he hasnt got back to me on how often to do this. its about an 8 week cycle. Suggestions?

    Being your first cycle a shot every 4 days will be sufficient. As for the ratio try to keep it at 2:1 mg test to deca. Having never used deca you don't want "deca dick" this will prevent the chance of this happening. Good luck

    You are making a mistake. A big one. Do you know anything about pct? Every 4 days will be hell. And oh yeah. You've only been working out for 4 months. (Let's not eveb touch on the fact that you're only 20 and should have more natural test than your body knows what to do with.) How about you get over to the anabolic zone and see what everyone over there has to say.

    Taking steroids after working out naturally for 4 months is the same as trying to fight michael tyson cause you took a boxing lesson once.

    You have much to learn my friend. Don't want to see you get hurt.

    Read this and actually absorb the message. All you should be taking now is creatine, fish oil and a multi-vitamin. AAS is the last thing you need now at your age. But you will ignore this, fuck up your HPTA system cause you want instant results and do no PCT and then wonder why you can't get it up for 3 months.

    Dude, please don't take this the wrong way but your wanting something right now that takes years earning, even with AAS. I have never done a pin in my life and I have seen some real gains even at my age using good old food proteins and complex carbohydrates. Learn why your body is the way it is and what it takes to build a muscular body before you go AAS.

    At your age, you should be able to pack on 10-15 lbs. of muscle in a year of eating and hard training. If you keep this up after 3 years you could be 30 lbs heavier without AAS. If AAS are for you, after 3-5 years of training you will know.

    I'm I wrong by saying this guys?

    Well if the kid started already then he may as well get advice. As for only being 20 when was the last time you walked in to the gym? Kids are starting as young as 16. As for pct yes that helps but not during. Deca screws up test synthesis so if your not doubling your test you run a chance of your balls not working. Not that it will happen but can happen.

    I agree 100% kids should stay off but they all want to be bigger. So teach them or let them kill themselves.

    no one in good conscious can give out advice since you are still very young. i would train natural about 2 years before seriously considering juice.. just my opinion

    good diet, train hard, and rest!

    You can still get good results naturally your still young and only been working out four 4 months

    At twenty years old the human brain is not yet fully developed. It isn't until around age 25 does the brain's synaptic pathways stop changing. To take AAS prior to this time means that those growth perimeters can be interrupted. There are people on this forum who will say WTF, give'er hell, but if you care about your body, please just take the advice your hearing now and go without. How many times have you pinned already? Think of it this way, you can try what we are saying for 6 months and if honestly your working a good program and not seeing any results, then you can reassess your situation , but doing a AAS cycle now means no turning back. One common denominator I have seen here is that once AAS are started, they are often used for great lengths of time, often for a lifetime.

    Please, I'm alumni of a 2 time national championship hs football program. I know kids hit the sauce, and 90% of them fuck it up. Don't kid yourself though, kids know a lot more about nutrition and supplementation than ever before, especially with the rise in school age testing programs for athletes. Its not all gear.

    If he's only had 1 shot, at 1 mg (lol probably 1ml total) and hits pct NOW, his body will be quite allright.

    Even if he does go through his whole cycle, most kids (by kids I mean even fucking 25 yrr olds) don't always understand pct and do severe damage.

    I run to the gym about every other time I got. But yeah I know about pct and am just trying to get a little more info. read up alot on what im taking. im actually trying to see exactly when to start pct and im planning to take clomid

    Good diet and training is what you should be concentrating on at 20!
