Optimum nutrition Whey protien has one gram of sugar.
I think they all have a little bit of sugar. I can' think of one that I have ever tried that didn't have at least a gram.

Argggh...don't make a typo in your thread description, you can't change it.

A gram or 2 is ok, but I went to make a Muscle Milk shake and almost threw it out....6 grams. I am trying to shed fat, as you know, and I just need to keep my sugar low, very low.

What was in the muscle milk shake? And don't say milk because if it was you should have thrown it out.

I use Optimum...only 1.5 grams of carbs per serving. Given that ou should only be using whey as a "supplement" that isn't much of anything to worry about!

Personally, I think the carbs are a bit high (maybe not for post workout) as well as the sugars. I think Optimum Nutrition 100% is a good option...at least that's what I'm going for next.
