Nutrishop Muscletech and other BS supps

    Anyone deal with Nutrishops?

I tell you I am having a terrible time dealing with a local shop.

I went in to buy some Casein protein and the guy sold me on "7" protein blend. I was leary because it had egg protein and I don't do egg very well.

So I try the stuff and I could flat knock a skunk on its butt with my gas!

I called the Nutrishop and told them I didn't like the proteins reactions.

They told me to buy some Digestinve enzyme.

Red flag # 1 I need to buy more stuff to take your protein? Should have known better.

So I tried Enzymatica digest gold with every shake. $27.00 a bottle some releif but still foul smelling gas.

I called the shop back and told them I was still having problems. they said "it's a good protein and I should keep taking it"

I left the product sit for a couple of weeks. I ran out of Casein and decided to give the Nutrishop protein with digestive enzyme again. Well
    Bad gas.

I took the canister (about 1/3) gone back to the shop today. They refused to exchange, credit, or really give a shit about my concerns.

I left my business card and told them to keep their product. The manager said he would have the owner call me when he got back in town.

I'll believe that one when I hear it. I tried to contact corporate and they have an answering machine Go figure!.

At least GNC will take their product back NO questions asked if you have a problem with it!.

As long as I am talking about supplement companies that don't stand behind their products lets talk about Iovate. (muscletech)
I has some issues with the product that Sam's club sold. They used to sell EAS and for some unknown reason (not really its Profit) they switched over to Muscletech. I returned the bag of whey and tried to contact the buyers @ sams club. A few day later I was contacted my a guy named Eric Hesse @ Iovate

They did replace the original bag I returned.

Then Eric asked for me to give a review of the product on Sam's club website.

I had a problem with the closure. there is no Customer service # listed on the packaging, or the website. After making several calls to Sam's Club to complain about the zipper and no Customer service info on the packagaing. I received a call from Muscletech. Sam's club contacted the distributor. The gentleman offered to replace the defective packaging and I accepted a new bag. I took the defective bag back to the club.
The taste is ok but I usually blend my proteins.
The label lists many items like creatine monohydrate and BCAA's as a Recovery Blend It would be nice to know how much creatine and BCAA's are in the mix.
Customer service can be reached through Social media like facebook and twitter.

Then he repsonded with an offer to include me as a product tester in a facebook group. That never happened. I contacted Eric later and I was told that I would receive some samples within a week for review

    Guess what that never happened.

    Buyer beware!
