    getting lean

    pretty sure im in the right forum now. lol, I was wondering what a good supplement would be to take orally to lose a little body fat and lean out some more, thanks in advance. been working out for a few yrs now, never reallt did to much, just protein and creatine, but being 47 you need a little more. lol

    I tried a few, but these things get me too wired. SO I am never on them long enough to really know if they work or not. My neighbor swears by HotRox Extreme. He gets fat, then crash diets with these things and gets too damn skinny. It is a back and forth thing for him.

    25mgs/ephedrine(bronkaid) and 200mgs/caffeine. Pick up the ephedrine at any pharmacy.

    thats why i cant take alot of that stuff, cause it makes my heart race and i also get jittery

    Before you jump head first into something that hard, make sure you consult a doc to get some blood work done and some regular tests to make srue your healthy enough to handle it.

    Diet still decides all outcomes for wait loss. Even a 400mg dose of caffine will "aid" in weightloss.

    ECA stack also works wonders but I hate getting stuck in that stim cycle crap.

    ^^^This

    Diet and cardio will ultimately determine your success in losing some BF. Clen/ECA/T3 can help, but only to the degree that you stick to your diet and training. Also, these drugs come with a host of sides that some people cannot handle. If you were to try any of them, I strongly recommend an ECA stack twice a day over the other two compounds, which can have some serious side effects.

    thanks, I eat clean all week, do cardio 3-4 days a week with weights, sometimes i do cardio twice a day. I have tried some fat burners but they get me to amped up. i take medication for anxiety and those dont help, I was thinking winni-v.

    Never tried Winni, however a cycle of Havoc will change the way you look within days of starting. An amazing compound, but I would wait until summer to run.

    You need to do 5-6 cardio sessions a week...

    Winni-v will do nothing for you at your BF%. Try an ECA stack 2x/day and bump your cardio to 5-6 sessions per week. Then also make sure you are eating clean and keeping carbs and unhealthy fats to a minimum.

    What body fat is he???

    winstrol COULD help in gain some muscle while cutting extremely hard, so it could do something even at whatever BF% he is.

    It just is NOT the best option to choose at this point and getting down with diet and weights and cardio is enough before using any hormonal tricks right off the bat.

    Well my height is 5ft 8, weight is 189, would be lighter but I take creatine and my weight always fluxuates 5 pds while I'm on it, not to sure of my body fat, by no means am I fat, just need to get rid of the love handles. And get some more vascularity! I'm 47, so I'm not gonna really gain more muscle, just want more hardness and vasco.

    Gotta say that diet is gonna get you low, and then when you feel your a struggling to lose those last few %s. Go on the ECA w/ diet and see it drop.

    Funny thread really. At 47 if your test levs are off you can do all the clen/t3/halo/ winny meth stacks you want. All your gonna do is shit out your liver. What you need to do is honestly look at your diet. Then look at your training, are you following a good program and working hard? IF your training is good, then you need to make sure your getting the rest you need. AFTER you honestly look at your current training routine go get your test levs checked. If your test is low which I bet it is at your age, nothing is going to help you until you get your levels up to normal.

    You may be over-training. And don't listen to all of this cardio crap....You know the guy/gal who you see on the treadmill? The one's who do it daily, for years, and are still FAT? It's because they put all their money on cardio.

    A.) Tweak your diet.
    B.) Moderate cardio
    C.) Reasonable resistance/weight training.
    D.) Adequate recovery time.
    E.) Tweak your diet.

    I'm a big fan of the basics.....a quality multi-vitamin, fish oil, whey protein. Most Fat Burners are expensive hype.

    I'm 45....I feel your pain, lol.

    my test levels are good they were at 500 that was my free test, I tried getting some legal stuff through my doctor, but the only way i was gonna get that was if my test levels were low. Im healthy, just trying to shed some more bodyfat thats all.
