    Animal Pak

Hello again. Stats: m/20/looking for muscle mass and being cut. Anyways i was thinking about upgrading my Centrum vitamin to an Animal Pak. I workout intencelly and intake a lot of food. So i just want to know anybody's opinion on this vitamin. Is it effective? Is it natural? Do you get good results?

    Thanks again for your help!

Hopefully you meant the "Pak" and not the "Stak" or "M" Stak....

It's not horrible, kind of like the Kitchen Sink...and there is a good chance for nausea....IMO...overkill...and won't help with mass, but does give you a better chance at recovery. (as will all high antioxidant formulas)

Simpler yet Effective is Prolab's "Training Paks" , Super Nutrition makes and outstanding pak...I think it's called Opti-Pak....some of us here take Nature's Plus Source of Life...

    Good Luck

Animal Pak IMO is the best multivitamin Pak out there a bit pricey but it covers just about everything. I don’t think is going to be a big in gaining mass but it’s always not a bad idea to take some vitamins.
