    What thermogenics actually work?

Is it all a scam? The last two weeks I began a vegetarian diet (minus poultry and fish), and working out five days a week. All the guys at my gym tell me about all these thermogenics, and how they lost alot of weight on them. I'm curious to see which ones you guys have had success on, or is it all scam? Thanks for the advice guys!

Excercise works best. If you need to take something get ephedrine caffiene and baby aspirin. This is one of the best stacks available. Other than that the otc stuff junk.

    What is your protein source?

Adding whey into your diet has a thermogenic effect & you'll get your protein macros in.
I'm not a fan of soy protein but it is cheap and would have the same effect.

Exercise and good well plan diet. Then when thats in check there's several. One of my favorites is BPS Combustion. It's now high on price and Orbit keeps it in stock.
