    NO Boosters

I have been reading alot about these lately. I was going to pick up Nitrox II from scitech. Do NO boosters do anything except give you pump for a couple hours? I have heard all sorts of things said from they do nothing for you in terms of muscle building, they help blood flow so in turn it helps shuttle nutrients, and ive even heard people say its stretches muscle fascia and leaves room for more muscle to be built. Whats the real word?

Here is the straight up real answer --- they aren't worth your hard earned money. Bottom line --- I was sponsored by companies who had them and I wouldn't even order them for FREE.

I have been doing this Bodybuilding thing for years and breathe it.

Much better things to put your money towards. You want a pump????

Get LEAN -- single digits bf% --- start rotating carbohydrates --- depleting, loading etc.... then perhaps add in a GDA (glucose disposal agent) to a pre-workout cocktail of waxy/karbolyn/vitargo (any choice) --- + aminos + creatine and watch yourself explode with fullness and veins etc...

Insulin (when lean) is your best pump supp

Thanks for the info MP. You got any good lit on the rotating, depleting and loading. Never really bought into these things, but ever since i developed that gyno ive been afraid to run any type of cycle and have been looking to the lighter side of supps.
