    Anybody used GABA Powder

    saw it on bodybuilding.com and havent been able to find much review. It seems legit which is the way every supp is i guess but wanted to know if anyone has input or reviews.

    I use it from time to time. Before training and pre-bed it helps with GH bump.

    Puts me to sleep quick.... Good for GH levels. Crazy dreams on it to, that's how you know it's workin.

    No, it doesn't make me sleepy at all before training. Actually the calming effect lets me training better.

    Yeah bro it's def good for sleep. I have bad insomania and started buying bulk Gaba off Orbitnutrition.com. It's unflavored powder and I'll mix it in a juice or some shake and it started to help me relax and helps me fall alseep.
