Forget about supplements if you are just starting. Only one you need is food. Figure out your daily calorie maintanance, and add 500 calories to that. Go to fitday.com or dailyburn.com to log your meals and be sure of how much you are really eating.
Also be sure to get at least 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Read the stickies on Nutrition and Training forums, they have a lot of useful info
Thanx for replys. Ok guys will do! But i have ADHD so i have to take this damn medication to focus for school and it drops my Hunger I had the stupid drug. I can eat like a horse when im not on it thow/

Honestly, Protein Powder, BCAAs and Creatine are the only supps that are worth spending money on. Besides PreWO supps of course.

hello. Im new to Strength training and body building, i have a pretty good workout set up.
Im a looking for some effective supplements, some i have been eyeballing are:
Creatine
DEHA
Any other ones that you guys could recommend?
Im a ectomorph and need to bulk up, so i have to work twice as hard.
If your new and you feel like your diet and training are solid. Check around for logs on products. Whey protein,. creatine, BCAA should def be staples in your supps line. Sorry about spelling mistake.! They are great for being Focused during a workout.. i can usually pump more iron. but i hate not eating. No its Focalin/Concerta...
