From the sound of your question you shouldn't be using steroids for a very long time.

X2 seriously, if you have to ask, you need to read more.
Just for hahas, how old are you, and how much do you weigh?
I'm guessing very young, and light.
Read the forum, and search, you will find answers to all your questions

you can start using whey and ammino acids now, and after you feel you have mastered diet and training you can then start researching steriods. There is no wonder drug. Working hard at the gym is the only way to achieve success.
    Good luck and happy lifting!

You need to get your diet & training right first. No supplement or drug will ever replace a well planned diet and training routine, not even close.
