No, personally I refuse to buy any Muscletech products, they're over-hyped and over-priced.

Muscle-Tech is the Microsoft of supplements! Go with Optimum, VPX, or Labrada

Yeah, taste is decent. I'm gonna look for a better tasting powder when I'm out of my Optimum. And probably start buying alot more MRPs!

I like the way MET-Rx taste. Of course I've only tasted one other kind some crap my wife bought that was nasty. Is the MET-Rx good quality stuff?

Yeah met-rx is good quality. But I'm not sure how the taste is compared to other brands. American Whey tastes really good, but then again, I am not sure of it's quality. That's why I like Optimum's cuz it's a good balance. I hear MuscleMilk is good too

Ok I read the articles......good stuff but I still have a few questions. Does just about everyone use it at the gym? Will it make it harder or easier to lose fat? Is it ok for someone new to lifting? I bought the MEGA CREATINE from GNC and I tried to drink it first thing in the morning but it makes me sick (anything in the morning makes me sick) so the other option is to drink it after lifting but then what about protein? I thought I was supposed to drink that after lifting also. Talk to me guys give me some of that 5...10...15 year advice.

put the creatine in your post workout shake, shouldn't bother you. Make sure you buy unflavored creatine. Optimum makes a good one. Some of the crap out there is absolutely awful, but anything containing "creapure" is good

I have been taking Optimum whey protein since i started. It was about $25 for 5lbs. Had approx 44 grams of protein in 2 scoops. Now I tried some new Optimum protein that has 55 grams of protein in 2 scoops!!!! It is about $35 but it has more goodies, mixes better, and tastes really good like a milkshake I take my creatine right after my w/o before my protein shake.

I mixed the two last night. Chocolate protein and fruit punch creatien..... but the creatien is so strong in taste that the protein helped me stomach it a little better.

    Oooo that sounds nasty
My creatine has absolutely nothing for a taste. I take a spoonful and put it right in my mouth. Then I just drink a little water.

Yeah, get yourself some new protein ASAP. That flavored crap is awful! Get something containing Creapure, which is tasteless....Optimum and a number of other brands make it.
