So here is the preface I am about 6'3 6'2 and a half I weigh in at about 185 to 190 depending on the day I am 21 years old(finally). I worked out serious all through high school and was a varsity athlete in 4 sports all state in 2, but none of that matters my freshman year of college I tore my acl, thats when I was in the best shape of my life. I rehabbed and ended up tearing it again. It's been about a year since then and I am done with rehab I have worked out through that as much as I can and have been consistently working out since to try to get back in shape esp. these last 2 months I have lurked this forum quite a bit and have learned quite a bit I was thinking about trying one of the ironmaglab stacks like here
