I took one, Costco brand Focus Factor stuff. Gave me horrible nightmares, when I didn't take it, they stopped, but started up again when I started popping the pills again, even at half the recommended pill amount.

DMAE dimethylaminoethanol. It's a amino alcohol that is found in minute quantities in the brain to fire off neurotransmitters ..I studied it in college. They have found that it helps with focus and also has helped people with ADD. Mix it with a ginkgo biloba for anti oxidant availability ..

Advanced muscle science has a combination of things in a pill for focus, called locdrol or something like that not sure on spelling but it works pretty good ..
