No Substitute for a good diet / sufficient deficit in calories.

    Good Diet
    Heavy Weights
    Rest

    Cardio helps a bit

I know I Repeated Good Diet, Heavy Weights and Rest numerous times but that is to emphasise their importance in fat loss

I have tried a few fat burners to kind of supplement my diet and well my vote is they don't work.

Genomyx Heat is nice but you must have your diet and training in check. These only supplement what your already doing and if your diet and training suck then you wont see any help.

Tried lean extreme and got ok results. Solid profile. Genomyx I hear is very good and solid profile. If you get chance, try looking BPS Combustion logs on Orbit or the forums. Not high priced and I got some good energy off it.

Have you tried Roxy lean? Just wondering as I just bought some off Orbit to try. For me it's hard to drop weight. Before I ever tried any geranium products, I couldn't get results. I tried Lean efx and dropped 18 lbs in a month. Then went of for 3 months got back on an nothing. I found it hard ot believe I had built a tolerance so quick, but I will always say nothing compares to the original Xenadrine.

No i havent tried Roxy or Xenadrine, I was pretty irritated after i seen Lean Xtreme didnt do much that i went right into a cycle of clen. I never thought Xenadrine would really work but thats pretty cool that it you find it effective. Might have to look into it if i decide to run something like that

Most otc fatburners can be used as a pre-workout jolt. and that's about it. - might as well down a triple shot; taste better

Oh sorry girl I was talking about the original formula. Xenadrine RFA-1 that shit was hardcore. i started lifting at 19 and with 8 months of lifting I drop from 190 at 5'5 to `72 benching 350lb. I was taking xenadrine, protein, creatine, and amminos that was it. I was like wtf is in this shiz. I lost that much weight in a month and my parent's thought I was on crack lol Oh how I miss the ephedine days. The new ways don't work as good.

I have to disagree bro , the old Hydroxycut formula worked very well when I used it over 10 years ago when it had Ephedrine in it before it was banned . Xenedrine I wasn't too crazy about , and I'm using clen/var right now and about to throw in Benadryl . But I do agree with Snarff diet is # 1 , cardio 2nd , and whatever you experiment with after .

I am a fan on ECA and NYC stack, the fact I found that Man Power sells them now, priceless.

For those that don't tolerate ephedra well, I really like BPS Combustion due to the high alpha y content.

Agree with you there bro combustion def worth trying. It works well and isn't one of the over price fat burners out there. For me the ephedra tricks of today, don't work like the old ones.
