Most people take creatine post w/o (5-10g). It works well there.

I like it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach(5g).

I am not a big fan of Cell Tech. It has tons of sugar and crap in it. IMO pure creatine is the best way to go.

That sugar is in there for a reason though ... not just taste. Right?

It is there to raise insulin levels but it is not necessary. I can't remember what kind of sugar is in there anyway. Look on the ingredients. I don't think it is dextrose (which is what you want). It may be High Fructose corn syrup. Plus I think they have a lot of fillers in their supplements. I try and avoid muscletech supps. I have tried them and I think they are hyped up crap. Just my Opinion

P-Funk...Cell Tech uses dextrose as its source of sugar...as to whether you need an insulin spike...well an insulin spike will ensure you absorb 'more' of the creatine. Is it necessary? Probably not but if your diet allows for the carbs...an insulin spike should help you see greater results from creatine. If you're cutting then creatine alone would be fine...it should still work well. Again it comes down to your nutritional plan and goals.

Take half a serving after your workout. A full serving is a waste. On non training days take half a serving 30 min before breakfast.
