It's a waste! The oringinal studies were at 30, 50 and 100 grams a day and resulted in "Calcium posioning" at the higher levels..

Then it was studied at 10 grams a day......usually only 90-120 500 mgs caps in a bottle...and you only would want Med-pro licensed Calcium Pyruvate...not Creatine Pyruvate...so One Bottle every 6 days $35-45.....and they "inferred" it would work in the 3-5 gram range, one bottle every 9-12 days, however it never did!

Well that sucks. Someone here at work asked me if I wanted to go in on a couple bottles of it. 15$ a bottle. I did....just to try it out. It's supposed to give you a little extra energy if you take it a hour before you w/o. I guess I will try it.
