3-6 mcgs sub-ling, 30 minutes prior. You could also use 25 mgs of 5-htp, which will convert via enzymes into serotonin and then finally melatonin. This conversion isnt dependant on the ambient light, So it doesnt matter if the room is dark or not. (as it does with Melatonin)
