    Supplement to fight off cold flu etc?

    What's a supplement to fight off colds, flus etc. Something that I can just buy without a perscription, which is incredibly strong, maybe even a mild steroid in it? or something? Thanks.

    Good = Zinc Lozenges + Immune Action from Nature's plus
    Better = Good plus ARA/Olive Leaf (time released) from Nature's plus
    Best= Good + Defense Plus from Nutri-Biotics

    Extra "C" can Help, time released is best!

    When I start to feel cold symptoms I up my Vit C intake to 3 times per day, and take Echinacea 3 times per day. Seems to work well.

    Not the ones I named by company, you will need a Heath Food/Vitamin store for those...the zinc lozenges, "C" and Immune builing herbs (echinacea, astragalus, osha, etc) can be found in some grocery stores!
