    I've been seeing infomercials on Coral Calcium from Okinawa, Japan. Its supposedly good for Heart Disease, Diabetes, Alzheimers, High Blood Pressure, Cancer, and a bunch of other stuff. It sells for 29.95 (750 mg). It sounds like a bunch of hype, but if you want more info, do a google search under Coral Calcium

    i take a calcium pill every day simply because your bones need it to grow, and im not done growing. i dont beleive that otherhype though, just get some walgreens calcium pills, youll be fine.
    back for the first time....
