There is no reason for a 16 year to be taking 1-AD, period.

If you want massive gains in size/strength focus on proper training and diet! Furthermore, have patience.

At your age testosterone should be naturally high, and there is no reason to mess around with 1-AD or anything else.

I agree with Prince, with your age and natural testosterone levels, I'd focus on my diet and some good training.
    Cool

This is the one of the reasons good supplements get outlawed.

The point being made is you should take advantage of your naturally high T levels as a teen and do not worry about pro-hormones, pro-steroids or steroids and do not mess around with your endocrine system until you're older.

No, I would say 21 minimum (and even that's a bit young) providing you have a few years of solid lifting under your belt. At 18 your T levels are peaking, don't mess around with it.

At 18 if you focus on proper nutrition and training you should be making awesome gains!

Even that is optional but at least you'll be able to make a wiser choice when you get a little older(like maybe you'll read about the possible side effects first)

At that age, you would not know the difference between the results of the 1-ad or your natural test. These products are made for people that are not teenagers anymore. I've taken 1- test and 4-ad and although they work great on me, I've never been in a more anabolic state then when i was 15-22 eating steaks, ribs, chicken, and stuff like that. So to answer your questions:

Pros: you can tell your friends that you bought 1-ad.

Cons: no results to be noticed at your age muscle-wise
    acne
    the loss of $$ spent
no-results could make you judgemental on other supplements that work for people beyond their teenage years but not on teens
could have an adverse affect and make you give up on the wonderful lifestyle known as bodybuilding.

Take the money you'd spend on the 1-ad and buy nutritional stuff like protein powders.
Stay strong, never say die, look death in the face and laugh
Face your foes, eye to eye and make them aware of your wrath
