They're solid. I prefer RecoverPro's taste though

I didn't really like the grape it was ok, really like the peach though could drink it all day like crystal light

Heard of it but never tried it just wat to hooked on Scivations Xtends! Hands down best tasting and solid profile.

This product imo is superior to scivation. Its has more leucine per serving (8-1-1 blend) and also has the glutamine alanine formula in there as well. when you break down muscle the first thing to be taken from tissue is glut and alanine. Great product, great company.
