    Micellean and Propeptide confusion....

I bought these two products this week to use for my last shake of the day before bed.....and I just have some questions....

How much protein should I be taking per shake? I'm gunning for 30grams of Whey when I do Whey protein shakes....same for these? 30g, scoop and a half of Micellean, or a scoop and a half of propeptide?

Also, propeptide says two scoops has 230Kcalories? What is that?

a Calorie with a capital "C" is equal to 1000 calories with a lowercase "c" aka...1 Kilocalorie. Basically, 2 scoops of propeptide, which I also use, is equal to 230 Calories. You can do 30g of protein per shake, 1.5 scoops of DYA before bed. I think it'd be 1.5 scoops of Micellean to get your 30g's. I've used both and personally I like DYA products the best. I finally got my hands on ProGF and it is kickin' some serious ass for me. Between Plasma Expandor, V12 and ProGF, ProGF is hands down the best I've used other than PE and it's cheaper too if you shop around.

Depends how much you need and how much protein/calories you've already ingested throughout the day.

MAN! I tried Pro-peptide last night for the first time, and I had some SERIOUSLY whacked dreams....very vivid and very odd...

Guess my stomach isn't used to having something to do at night.
