Post Molecular Nutrition Thermics for fat loss

Just wanted to let anyone that is concerned about ephedrine, I've been using Molecular Nutrition's Thermics non-stimulant fat burner. So far, I've gotten NO shakes or quivers, yet my body seems to feel warm about 1/2 hour to 1 hour afterwards after taking it. Pretty good stuff so far, I'll post the final results after the bottle is done. I'm EXTREMELY sensitive to stimulants, and with thermics, I can take 2 pills and go to bed 1/2 hour later with no problem. I've been stacking it with San T-100 and San A-100, and adding in some Twinlab Mega-Chromium to boot. I don't know if the warmness is due to a combination of the 4 or not, but just letting you know.

Yes please keep us updated I don't take ephedrine+caffeine for a raise in metabolism I take it for the appetite suppressing effects.Have you experienced any appetite suppression using this product?

not that i can think of, but i never really kept track either. I usually take it with food, so it's hard to tell if the thermics is suppressing my appetite, or if i'm just full from eating.

I've been lifting off and on for about 17 years (not in a row). my goals are not to get competition ripped, but to not have a spare tire which is one of the wonderful things i've inherited from both sides of the family. I'm doing the atkins diet for now to burn the fat, and the protein will hopefully spare the muscle tissue. been on atkins for almost a month now, quit alcohol for the same amount of time, in total for the month, i've lost almost 15 lbs on the scale, but to me, the number on the scale is just a number. my b/f percentage was an ungodly disguisting 26% as of about 2 weeks ago at 262 lbs. I'm now just under 258 and i'm going to do another b/f test in a month. I expect my weight to go up again because I just got some MHP Trac in the mail and I usually pack on some pounds on creatine, but we'll see. It's the % thats important to me. I hate myself for slipping like that, but at least it got me off my ass and back to the gym to lose it for summer.

I hear ya about the numbers. The scale or bf% in my opinion really doesn't matter it's all about what you look like in front of the mirror I always like the water weight I gain from creatine since I only see and feel it in my muscles.Atkins is a cool diet i've tried it and had good results.I think the protein will help you spare some muscle and maybe if your lucky you'll gain some

As of yesterday, I'm back up to 262 (been on Trac for about 5 days now). My clothes are starting to fit a little better now too, my XL t-shirts aren't as tight around the gut anymore, and my jeans are baggier. I'm going to stay on OWL phase of Atkins for a while just to allow the carbs that are in the Trac into the diet (30 grams or less of carbs per day).

BTW, my strength in the gym is definitely increasing. While I haven't tied my 398 lb bench that i did last summer yet, I'm getting close (378 for 1 rep on Monday), and veins that I haven't seen in years are coming to the surface again (although the tattoos are covering alot of them, lol).

Well bro as you've probably experienced before muscle has memory so you should get some good gains in strength right away if you have taken some time off.Sounds like your doing great though can't complain about 378

no complaints here on the results thus far. I still look like crap without a shirt, but thats a good kick in the ass to remind me that I looked much worse!!! I'm aiming for an acceptable look by my standards by the end of june.

gaining muscle is always a bonus- to me, more muscle = more room for tattoos, lol. I'm willing to work hard enough to make gains in muscle mass as well as weight loss. the final result is what matters to me most.

BTW, I passed my bench record on saturday. 408 for 1 rep!!!!!

maybe a joke to some on the board, but a feat for me. check my new thread for details.
