    Thermogenic Help!

Hi... i'm 21 years old... Seeing as Summer is coming around soon, I wanted to lose a little weight before i hit the beaches. I'm 5'9 ~165-168 lbs. Seeing as I'm rather light for my height... I was wondering if it would be safe for me to take thermogenics as a weight loss suplement. I'm at a fairly good bodyweight... or at least not excessively heavy(8%)... I just need to lose a little more weight so that I can have visible abs. I diet well.. eat ~5-6 meals per day... hit the gym 2-3 times a week... just can't seem to lose that little bit of weight. If anyone could give me any advice on whether to take thermogenics.. it would be greatly appreciated. Also... would I also be able to make gains while taking thermogenics? I'm hovering just under 200 lbs 6 rep.. and I would really like to continue to make gains while cutting w/ thermogenics. The thermogenic products advertise additional energy while supplementing, but usually you lose strength with dieting. Also, which thermogenic products would be ideal.. thnx.(I.E hydocut, metabolife,(non ephedrine?)

I'm not gonna say if it's safe for you i'm not your doctor, but thermo's are great to get rid of that last little bit of fat that's so hard to lose.In my opinion I wouldn't waste your money on ephedrine free stacks I would just take ephedrine with caffeine because it's cheaper and just as effective. If your trying to lose that last little bit of fat I doubt you'll be able to gain any muscle while doing it.
