    Good Supplement

Okay. Besides protein powder, creatine, glutamine. What would be a good muscle builder for someone preparing for sports for the fall and spring? I've tried Animal M* Stak and liked the results. I was hoping there was something safe and natural to work better.

If you're a male this works better than anything I have ever used: Super One+

    I love seeing Prince converted.

If you are in HS though, I'd not recommend hormones, yet.

Prince, in your cycle(s) of SO+, what sort of changes have you noticed - strength, bodyweight (before and after) and bf%?

Unfortuantely I do not use any objective measures. I gained around 15lbs total, and strength increased around 10%.

In how short of a time?

What are your guesses at how much of that 15 was muscle, fat, and water?

    How much was retained?

What did you do post cycle?

    that was almost 4 weeks.

well, it's hard to tell since I did not use calipers to mesaure bf% before and after, plus I increased calories and protein intake when I started. (as they recommend) If I had to guess I would say 5-7lbs (about half) is LBM.

Post cycle I am taking 4-AD and 6-OXO, have not lost any weight (yet), but I have noticed a decrease in strength.

If you are using and androgen ppost cycle, you aren't really post cycle.

4AD is an androgen. I'd be careful and realize that your T levels are and will be still supressed, then just run the 6 oxo.

Yeah, technically you're not "post-cycle" yet.

A nice ~7lbs in four weeks can't be bad, but (no offense, of course) i'd have expected more like 10-12lbs.

So i take it from your post that you didn't actually lower bf at all, like some seem to on (super)ONE+.

How much did you knock calories up by/to?

10-12lbs of LBM from one cycle? that sounds a bit high.

but, like I said I am about 15lbs heavier, I am just guessing on LBM vs. fat gain.

I am not a big calorie counter, but I would say about 200 cals/day.

Yep, 12lbs from one cycle. Especially from four weeks. And your first one, right?

Some dudes on avant have claimed upwards of nearly 30lbs total gained within that time period. If you think along the lines of more than half being LBM (in some cases they have claimed this), then that is hellishly impressive.

Next cycle you do, eat more and have a really good go of it. maybe even up your training a notch.

Yeah, the eating can make a lot of difference.

I know guys like that - quite a bit of gear, no real gains. One guy tried to persuade me that he was "on six protein shakes a day!" So i verbally bitch slapped him.

I had justification to - i am actually bigger than him, and more than twice as strong. Which is a sorry state of affairs.

Seriously though, set a diet plan, eat a proverbial shit-load and watch what happens.

yeah, I did not want to gain too much fat cause summer is approaching and I need to start cutting.

this fall I will do another bulking cycle with SO+ and see how much I can gain.

Scotty, this stuff has been beaten to death with many blunt objects. Bottom line, there are several very good prohormones and one very good prosteroid that are legal in the US, for now. There is potential legistlation to outlaw the.

There are many comanies who sell them, only a few who do so reputably. There are many threads here on this, and probably 10 times as many on other boards.
