    Question Bcaa

    Tried doing a search, but couldn't get it right..

    will it or will it not prevent muscle loss? Worth the money?

    ..and not worth the $$$ unless you are a competitive athlete or in the last few weeks of a very drastic cut. It takes like .17 to .35 grams per kilo of BW to get anywhere...and there are two different dosing protocols! (before a W/O, or spread out during)
