    Protein... drink immediately?

I noticed some proteins directions say this... why? Does it lose some of the nutritional value after it sits mixed. I would love to mix a blender full in the morn, and have it in the fridge at work all day. But i dont wanna sacrafice anything.

Don't worry about the label, mixing it in the morning and drinking it later in the day is fine!

Exactly which protein says this on the directions?

Protein is stable in water/liquid so there must be something else in it.

I have only been training for about 6 months, so in that time i have tried a ton of different proteins. Im taking Optimum Nutrition Whey PRotien now, and it doesnt say it on the label. But Designer Whey Protein did, and i dont think it claimed to have anything esle in it. HAving read it on one label, i just didnt want to take any chace of wasting it by mixing it earlier. BTW, thanks for the replies.
