    Stuck

    Im 5'8 160 20. Been working out for 2 years. Have only took creatine and protein/weightgainer.. gained lots of weight an great results after the first year an now im not seeming to gain weight only strength.. I wanna be 170 are there any supplements that will help me get over this hill??? I know some ppl will say eat more but i wanna know if theres a supplement out there that im missing out on... Any suggestions greatly appreciated

    What does your diet look like? If your diet is real good then the supplements will be that much more effective. You should post your diet so that people can help you out. Maybe your cals are to low? Supplements aren't always, and in my opinion hardley ever, the answer.

    Ok avg day...
    2 whole wheat toast w/cheese whiz, 1.5 cups of cereal oatmeal crsip, 2 cups of milk, 2.5 cups of pasta salad, 1 tuna sandwich, one large choclate muffin, 1.5 cups of chow mein noodles, 1 cup of wheatabix cereal, can of tuna, 4 slices of pizza, lasagna macoroni tv dinner. which adds up to over 4000 cals. 480 crbs, 160 protein 162 fat fat pretty evened out between poly mono sat

    for my workout....... 5 days a week.. usually 5 excercises for for each body part sometimes more...i do all my exercises pryamid style Monday i do chest an abs..... I do my shoulders and back together tuesday, wednesday off, thursday bi's an tri's.....friday chest an abs again... My days off are just whenever... however i feel.. If i feel like i need a day off i'll take one if i feel all my muscles have recoverd than i'll head out to the gym. but i know that i know i get to the gym atleast 4-5 times a week..thats about it


    maybe theres another routine out there which will get me bigger an heavier because as i said b4 i am gettin stronger doin this pryamid training....

    High Fat/Protein, Low Carb Diet....check this thread out, as for your diet, all i could see was that in my opinion you need more protein and proper fats like omega3's and 6's, which you get from fish oils and flax, do some reading first. as far as your training, if your strength levels are increasing then dont change it yet. in my opinion your doing too many excersise's/bdy part. 3-4 /bdy part at the most.
