    Summer time Supplement

Was wondering what would be a good "in-between"supplement. I want to take a break from creatine for awhile but dont want to lose too much mass while doing so. I plan on still taking protein and glutatime (which works well for me) but am looking for something else. Not looking to really bulk up. What can I replace it with...CLA, HMB, Vanadyl, Pro Hormones? Any suggestions?

Agreed. And all your suggestions/possibilities, except PHs are bunk. Save your money.

Not necessarily. Depends on his background, age, and ability to cope with the potential sides. Also a great deal of education.

Actually i have been reading up alot of 1-Test. Looks like it might be a good option. Has anyone taken it before? What benefit did you get out of it?

    Now that's a general question.

Yes, several of us have taken it.

I will go as far as saying that no one, on any board who has used a reputable brand, at sufficient doses, has seen anything short of unheard of muscle and strength increases save for illicit anabolics.

Mind you, 1-test is a steroid, albeit a legal one.

Do some searches here for more info, there are several decent threads.

Interesting, because thousands of other users have reported the opposite effect, which makes sense, since it suppresses endogenous testosterone production.

    What brand did you use?

    For how long?

    At what frequency?

    At what dosage?

I took about 120ml in 2 weeks.... the VPX brand. Though I made significant gains, so did my balls. Now I look like I have a little PP with a huge bag. I have been to the doctor about it and they are stumped too. I'm looking into getting a scrodum reduction. Not something that is performed that often so its going to be costly. Think I should contact VPX about this incident?

So I think a good conclusion would be that something along the lines of PH or 1-Test would be a good replacement while I take a break from creatine. How long would it take for 1-Test to show some good effects and will they diminish when I get off of it?

That is an ironic way to put it.

Creatine is a supplement that need not be cycled, and will show moderate gains over the long haul.

To talk as if 1-Test is a bridge between creatine cycles is silly.

1-Test IS A STEROID, its a hormone, and it will result (if used properly) in 5-15 pounds of muscle gain in 4 weeks. IF you come off properly, most will be retained.

Of course, there are potential sides, but your balls getting bigger is not one.

I just wanted to try something different and dont like to stay on creatine for more then a couple months, personal preference. So what is the proper way to come off of it? Thanks for the info by the way.

There is a thread GoPro started on properly coming off a PH cycle. Read it. He is dead wrong, but in there I think I post everything that is necessary. Or you can go to Avants forums and there are dozens of such threads there.

After you read it if youhave any questions let me know.

BTW, just reread it and there is a lot of garbage in there that you need to cull through to get to the important issues.
