    hi people,

i've been weight lifting for little less than a year now i reckon,
and like most people i want to show of my abs in summer. i have put loads of work into them, and i can actually feel and see them when i tense my mid section, but i want to feel proud of my hard work, without having to walk around tensing all day on the beach!! It was winter time when i started to put weight back on aftr losing soo much with natural exercise, but for some reason i find it hard to reach tht goal again. i was just wondering what type of fat loss supplements are the best in your opinion, and how much rougly for a tub of them??

i'm sure i'm not the only one out there wanting to get lean for summer...and along with me, i'm sure confused people such as my self would apprieciate your help people!! thanks

( some stats : 18years of age, enthusiastic to work hard, weight is 10.5 stones, willing to listen to advise!!)

    thanks again...danny

Your best bet is to do some research on the various substances contained in the various products, decide the stack you want, and buy the cheapest version of each substance from a reputable source.

The things worth looking into include:

    Ephedrine
    Caffiene
    Yohimbine
    Guggul Sterones
    7-Keto-DHEA
    Forskolin

Probably a few others I can't think of right now.

Abs are made in the kitchen not in a pill.
I think someone here said that!

    Whats your diet look like?
