    What's up everyone...

I've been using pro complex protein for a while now. Is this brand, type good. Is there better ones. I'm looking to build lean muscle, with no fat gain (I'm at 20% now). It's an excellent product..but it depends on your Stats/BW and what you are mixing it with...it's fat deplete..and 55 grams of Protein is too much for some, not enough for others

I've been using it for a few years. I love the stuff. I use the vanilla. Two scoops, four strawberries, two ice cubes, 5g creatine, and 1 cup water, all blended together.

Glutamine peptides. I just like saying that.
