San V-12
Can anyone tell me if this is a good product? Are the results better or just as good as Creatine Mono? Thanks

I love this product. I was using Plasma Expandor and think it is awesome. However, when I started my pre-contest diet I switched to V12 b/c this product is sugar free. I am on very low carbs and V12 keeps my strength up extremely well. I believe in this product, and I don't say that about many supps.
