Been reading through the archives section of this website, and I've seen articles on both L-glutamine and glutamine.
Now both are described quite similarly - they seem to me to be the same - but I was wondering if L-glutamine is some derivitave of glutamine, if they're more or less the same, or if they share the name and little else.
The article on "glutamine" for instance mentions loading 20-30 grams before a workout for a "memorable experience" - yet no such claims are made with respect to "L-Glutamine".
So...same thing? relatively similar? Totally different? Will "loading" right before a workout 20-30 grams of L-glutamine have the same effect as regular glutamine for example?
L-Glutamine refers to USP (US Phamaceutical grade) Glutamine.
There is a difference with Glutamine Peptides, which taste like cement..and L-Glutamine....but not in your example

Yes...glut peptides taste like cement but are superior to L-glut. Also, if you throw them into a protein drink, you won't even know you took them.
Sports one or ARN GP?? i use ARN but have some Sports one on order.
