creatine questions

http://www9.netrition.com/prolab_creatine_page.html

after six months of solid lifting i may start using creatine in a few weeks. i have a few questions. the link above is netritions prolab creatine. now im jsut using that particular brand as an example. heres the questions: how big is the difference between using a creatine product that just contains creatine, like this one, or a creatine product with so called delivery systems and dextrose etc. et. etc., and would mixing the plain creatine in grape juice help it deliver better. i know there a lot of hyped up creatines, like cell tech, that aren't really that much better than competitors but charge more for the product. what would you guys recomend, i dont wanna spend too much.

back for the first time....

If you plan on taking the Creatine post work-out you might as well get one that has dextrose. Not only will the dextrose help with Creatine uptake (increases insulin), but it will help to replenish glycogen stores which is very important post work-out.

It is probably cheaper just to buy the creatine and dextrose seperately!

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Creatine

I have been using the Biochem PowerVol ATP Powder, with glutimate for the longest time now. Its about $50 for a 4wk supply, but It has been a great post-workout for me. I have reccomened it to many of my friends, all equally satisfied.
