EAS and Weider. Gains from Creatine? I have no idea, never measured.

I just always felt that I had more strength while taking it, so I continued, where as others will say they felt no effect from it.

I tried creatine monohydrate a few years ago and am considering starting again.

Prince, are you taking creatine monohydrate or phosphate?

monohydrate of course.

Creatine Phosphate
Remember that in order for creatine to be effective it needs to bond with a phosphate group and become Creatine Phosphate. For this reason, you may think that directly taking Creatine Phosphate would be better than just taking Creatine Monohydrate. The fact is - taking a creatine phosphate supplement has never been shown to be more effective than just taking creatine monohydrate. Creatine Phosphate has only 62.3% creatine and 37.7% phosphate. This means that 1 gram only produces 623 milligrams of creatine. In addition, creatine phosphate is more expensive than creatine monohydrate.

I am about to start Phosphagen HP. Should be here next week sometime. Wanting a cheap transport system, so I guess I would try that one

i was either gonna use phosphagen hp or champion nutrition's creatine xtreme. im leaning towards creatine xtreme though. it has taurine and other added elements which make it appear the better of the two with a very small price difference.

you do realize that EAS's Phosphagen HP is creatine monohydrate with dextrose right?

oh yeah, sorry I forgot about the taurine.

I am not knocking EAS Phosphagen, I have some in my cupboard, it just sounded like icanrace was implying that it was some "special" blend or something.

I know it's not a special blend I wanted something w/ dex. and a transport system like Cell Tech. I had great gains with Cell Tech, but I am not paying out the ass for that, so I am going with something similar, like Phosphagen.

yeah, stay away from muscletech products. they draw teenagers and people new to the sport in with their fake studies and advertising, and sell the same product at twice the price. if you want something similar to cell tech formula whys for a good price id go with creatine extreme. its barely mroe expensive than phosphagen hp, and i think its worth the difference. the main advantage in creatine extreme is that it contains l-glutamine and l-glutamaic acid, as well all the dextrose and taurine of php. it also adds more agents to help isulin and some slow burning carbs. check it out for yourself, and by the way this is a great site for supps, better prices than netrition.com
