I'm using NOW, is good but expensive. You can use for everything, drink, eat, cook and more because don't change your food flavor...if you Pm me, I can tell you the cheapest place to buy it online...

    Taste

The problem with unflavored protein is it doesn't taste good.

Unflavored whey is a good option to have for times when you want to add other flavors to your shakes, or you just need a neutral flavor to fall back on when the others get boring. Also, if you like to bake with your protein powder, it's good to have the unflavored so you aren't compromising the actually taste you seek in your recipe.

    unflavoured whey

It's good to add protein but not as a stand alone the aftertaste reminds me of sour milk yuck! Sou isolate is like drinking powdered cardboard but, not as revolting!
