Make sure you stay hydrated and watch your BP with the ECA. If you are going to dose it from caffeine pills and ephedrine HCL, use 100mg of caffeine and 25 of E HCL, the caffeine is the culprit for BP increases and at that dose, you still get the synergistic effect from ephedrine and caffeine.
No no experience with ECA...I was thinking about just buying a fat burner until I started doing my homework and realized ECA is much better to do. Diet and workouts are spot on but I feel like I need a little help/boost hence why I want to start Halo for Her and take the ECA with it. I want to see how much more I can do the next 4 weeks on my own and then give Halo a try. I'd like to start a detailed log on here about the results...i've already read the logs on the women taking it here and its helped so much wish there were more logs on it to read so figure I'll help out and do one too. Can't wait to start it!

Happy to help. My suggestion for a newbie to ECA is 100mg C/12.5 mg E twice a day for 3 days, than look at going to a full dose at 100mg/25mg twice a day.
