    Ephedrine Question

    I was wondering how much Ephedrine is it safe to consume at one time. I use ProLab Therma Pro in occasions when I need some extra energy and on the directions is say not to consume more than 2 tablets daily. But cud you take those two tablets at one time?


    Ma Huang Extract (8% Ephedrine 20mg ) 250mg
    Caffeine (USP) 200mg
    White Willow (Salix Alba) (Bark) 75mg
    Cayenne Pepper (40000 SCU) 50mg
    Ginger Root 40mg

    I am not pro E/C/A...and I am NOT recommending this....but at the point years ago when my receptors were pretty blown and I could take a lot of ehpedrine..I use to take one, w8 about 2 hours, take another, and I had about a 2 hour "overlap" period where I could squat a house.

    I usually take 40mg before my workout.

    It has a short half life so if used as a thermogenic, you are better off taking lower amounts more frequently.

    At one point I was taking 50 mg of pure ephedrine and 500 mg of pure caffeine before my workouts. I had no problems with it and worked like a madman in the gym. As I've gotten older, my tolerance for thermos has gone down though. Max for me now is half the above dose, or I don't feel well.

    Yes, to maximize E/C's thermogenic, anti-catabolic/positive partitioning effects, one should disperse dosings into 6daily servings @ 10mgs E/100mgs C.
