is there a difference between regular whey and the pro-porformance whey? the pro-performance is about 10-15 dollars more and it claims to do more but im not sure is it really makes a difference. should i buy that brand next time or just stick to the regular

I'm not sure how the two would compare....I would go with the purest, most basic form of protein available. Do a search on protein powders here....Many discussions held on the subject.

Add another vote for Optimum 100%.

Hey GoPro....what has been your experience with the All The Whey product? I reveived a sample, and haven't tried it out yet. Their prices look good...due to their less elaborate marketing approach (as stated in the attached literature)...I was just a bit hesitant......Input?

Don't let their low key marketing approach fool you. They put out a very high quality product. I am trying to get them to put out some flavors as right now their whey is plain. However, it is really great stuff!

Optimum is always a good choice.

Allthewhey...I have recently heard is very good.

I'd still use proteincustomizer.com, which is cheaper, has flexibility (can custom order), and tastes great.
