Thanks
I am on a weightlifting program not bodybuilding and obviously weightlifters don't get as big. I want to maximize my size and get ripped as much as I can from it though. Would taking these get me really big or what?

Those “supplements” can help but what really determine if you get big or not is your diet.
Is this ok? This is what I have been doing, tell me if you think I should add or subtract something.
Morning:Bagel, orange juice/milk
Lunch: 2 sandwiches, fruit and vegetables, water
4:30: Protein shake
5:30 dinner: usually a big meal, steak, pasta, etc
Snack: fruit
Thanks

Well for starters refer to the sticky under the diet section.
Jsut some observations:
-need to have a more balanced diet
-more healthy fats
-more protein (none in meal one other than milk)
Breakdown of meals:
1: carbs, carbs, protein/carbs
2: carbs, protein, carbs, carbs
3: protein
4: protein, carbs
5: carbs
I dont see a fat anywhere in there. Must add more healthy protein as well.
See sticky.
I went to the sticky but which link do I want to go to?
