    New supplements maybe?

Hi, this is my first post

Ok first off a little background. Im 19 years old, freshman year in college. I am a ex-football player / powerlifter. I dont do either anymore after a MCL Injury my senior year. I do however work out in the wieght room every day mon-fri. I weigh 275 some muscle some fat The supplements im taking as of now is just Ephedrine. So far since ive started working out again ive dropped 15 pounds in weight. And my bench has gone back up to 450. Been working out since the summer ended. But as of now Im STUCK at 450 for 4 weeks now. And its pissing me off! lol. My goal is to lose the fat, and gain muslce mass/get cut up while building a little more strength. Maybe the reason my bench isnt getting better is because I run half a mile every day after hitting the weight room As of tomorrow im gonna lower my carb intake, and start replacing a meal or 2 with a protien drink. I was thinking of going with Optimum whey protien. Will I still lose wieght with the protien drink while gaining strength? I really wanna hit the big 500 on bench. But also wanna look good for the beach this summer Was also thinking of taking andro? Will that work well for me or should I stay away from the horomone stuff. I know for sure I dont wanna take anything that injects with a needle because im a big wuss and hate needles

    sorry for the long post

    Any help will be apreciated.

    -T.J.

You are going to have to decide which one is your priority, weather to add more strength on your lifts or get cut for the ladies. If you want fast results on neither you can’t do both at the same time. After you decide which one you want to go for it, post it here, there are many people here who can help you in your goal.

Hmm, Ill have to think about this one. I like benching alot, and being big and stalky. But then I wouldnt mind cutting up and getting rid of this gut... I hate having the powerlifting build. Big muslces with a big gut hehe. Ill think about it for a day or two and get back to you. If I decide to cut instead of bulk, will I lose strength?

Fook it, I wanna cut. I do think I am on the right track to this already. However, should I replace a meal or two with a protien shake to get enough protien in? I know you will gain weight if you eat your regular meals THEN have a protien shake.

Whenever you lose weight(on a cut) you will evidently lose strength as your weight goes down. But when you put weight back on, strength will shoot back up!
