Yeah bud I've been hooked on craze for months, but I find when i take it no later then 2:00 pm I can still sleep at night. If I don't have to work the next day i don't mind taking it later, but that stuff is strong. Also cycle on and off.
I've been trying Craze 3x/week for the past couple of weeks. I've started with .75 scoop. I have a meal at around 3:30-4pm, then I take craze at around 5:30-6pm and workout starts around 6-6:30pm. But as a side effect I'm still awake late into the night.
I tried 3mg melatonin and it seems to help but not completely. I still wake up feeling I have been awake all night.
One suggestion I googled was to take it earlier. Now the suggested use is 30-40 mins prior training. Has anyone tried taking it earlier than that to avoid sleeplessness?

definitely good advice above... try to decrease your dosage to .5 or even .25. Remember to get enough sleep or else your workout will not bring as much benefit that you could be getting.
look into orbit nutritions line up of sleep aids though just in case.. 3Z is not too bad as an aid...
Don't take that stuff so late in the night. The stims are great and last long. Take a smaller dose or test it out taking the dose sooner and see how you feel.

i love craze but suffer the same problem. so I would suggest not taking after 3pm. If I take it after that I am not going to bed until 2am.
