19 days into 6 week 75mg/day halo and test e trt 250mg/wk. Strength is up a little and Im down four pounds from when I started. Figured I would have gained a few. But on the other hand I am looking a little leaner and the veins are really starting to show. We will see what the next 3 weeks bring. Hoping to gain a few pounds back.
I have not changed a thing diet wise.. Maybe my scale is going bad. Lol
That could be a problem. Find your maintenance cals and eat atleast 500+. Ull put on weight if your not doing a shit load of cardio. U also could be over training. Could be a ton of things. 3lbs isn't shit bro. I fluctuate 3-6 lbs a day. 3 lbs could be from losing water weight. There's so many possibilitys. Judge by the mirror and your strength at the gym
