switch your amount around , at night before bed take 10 grams, and on non training days take your 5-6 grams.

I take 5 grams with my morning shake, 10 grams post work-out with a whey shake, and 5 grams before bed.

(I recently increased the post work-out amount to 10 grams, I was taking only 5 grams)
